So if you’re planning a custom Hornet build you’ll need to make something pretty radical to stand out from the swarm.

I spotted it on a second-hand bike site. The Sake Racer came to Pepo as a customer request. The donor for the project was a 600cc 2001 Honda Hornet that already wore an Ohlins rear shock. From there he set out to transform the Hornet into a performance-focused cafe racer ready to rip up the streets of Spain.
