Kz650 cafe racer. For Kawasaki KZ650 cafe-racer I’ve built custom spoked wheels based on Honda CBX550 hubs; I used Kawasaki Zephyr 550 swingarm and 41mm Kawasaki Ninja fork in Zephyr 750 triples. That means the whole chassis setup, including rear sprocket’ hub differs hugely from original. However, I managed to get new wheels aligned with frame longitudinal. This custom built bobber has KZ400 front forks, a KZ 1000 (1982) motor, and all the rest of the Kawasaki parts are from the original KZ 650. It has many custom fabricated parts, including a hand stitched thick leather seat. It will make a great candidate for a cafe racer should you choose to go that route.
